Yes, there is definitely options available. We can get the swim jets so you can swim against them in a lap pool. There are a couple of light options from formal surface mounted lights to LED lights which change colour and if you want can be controlled from a remote.
Got a Question?
Are there options for jets and lighting?
What shapes of pool can we get?
With fibreglassing almost anything is possible. The majority of our pools are either rectangle or kidney shaped but you can have anything you like. The other advantage is that you can have the steps into the pool on any side or end, they can be short or right across the pool. Our display pool has a 300mm wide step along the length of it so if you just want to sit in it and dangle your legs you can, or for smaller kids, it’s a great platform to walk along without being too deep for them.
How long does a Fibreglass pool take to construct?
Once we have your design confirmed, we submit this to the council for approval (taking approximately 20 working days). Once consent is granted we can dig out the pool, frame it up, fibreglass it and plumb it all in in 2-3 weeks. The weather plays a big component when fibreglassing, it can’t be too windy, wet or too cold to spray the fibreglass, these factors may cause delays in getting the pool finished.
Is this a silly Question?
No question is a silly question. There are so many components to a new home and so many options to consider that any question is a good question, and better to ask it early rather than when it’s too late!
Do you deal with the Council?
Yes, we do everything from submitting the consent to meeting the inspectors and getting the code of compliance certificate, any anything in the middle that may come up.
Do you do repairs on existing in-ground pools?
We can do repairs but it does depend on the type of pool you have and the condition it is in. We are happy to come and have a look to give some advise, to see if this is something we can help with; e-mail us at [email protected].
Are you able to visit me on site?
Absolutely! We are happy to meet you on site, it helps us to determine the slope (if any) which can have an impact on the design, it also helps us to see where the “sunniest spot” is to utilize the natural energy, we can see where the neighbours are and any other aspects which helps get “a feel” for the location and also for your visions for the land.
If you don’t have a site but would still like us to come to you, give us a call to arrange a suitable time.
